Delete your Ouk Chaktrang account

You only have an account if you chose to sign in with Apple or Google. Playing without signing in creates no account; uninstalling the app removes everything it kept on your phone.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open Ouk Chaktrang and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm. Sign in with Apple asks you to confirm with Face ID or your passcode once more.

It happens straight away.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email nimolxyz@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Ouk Chaktrang account, and include the email address or Apple ID you signed in with, or the display name you used. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account (the Firebase sign-in) and your online profile: display name, avatar choice and record.
• Your friends list, and you from other players' friends lists.
• Your rating.
• For Sign in with Apple: the app's link to your Apple ID is revoked.

What is kept

• Past game results stay, so your opponents' histories stay correct, but your player identifier is removed from them, so they no longer point to you.
• Reports about a player breaking the rules (up to five chat messages) are kept for moderation for up to 12 months.
• Chat messages are not kept by us beyond 24 hours in any case.
